You can get the latest version of FC/W from which ever FTP site is closest to you. The distribution ZIP for v2.20 is 267kB.

To make full use of FC/W's archive handling you'll need to have appropriate archive programs installed. These are the programs that were tested to work.
NOTE: For LZH I have listed LH/2, an OS/2 archiver. The package lh2_222.zip contains a 16 bit OS/2 execuable
that can be used in Windows NT. Don't bother downloading it if you're using Windows 95.
